Clear Positive Film (This is our standard artwork requirement).
- Artwork should be provided to size, positive emulsion side up, right reading, in registration.
- All colours should be separated and Pantone references provided on each film separation.
- Where possible a colour laser proof of finished artwork to use as a guide should be provided.
- For artwork having graduated tone or full colour (photographic) designs, we will advise on sight of a colour visual as to the best and most cost effective method of reproduction.

Disk / Email (Artwork costs will apply for outputting of film).
- The most favoured format is an EPS file in line work with text converted to curves / outlines.
- We can also accept Adobe Illustrator 9 (or below), Freehand 9 (or below), Pdf, Jpeg (high resolution 300dpi, for 1 colour or 4 colour process only) and Quark Express file formats.
- Artwork must be to size with Pantone references provided.
- All data must be in Apple Mac format, fonts to be Postscript or Adobe Type 1 or Type 2. Where PC (Windows etc.) artwork is provided please ensure files can be opened on a Mac, and fonts presented as outlines are provided.
- For outputting film we can accept ZIP DISK, FLOPPY DISC or CD ROM. Artwork costs will apply.

Helpful Hints
- Avoid small text and very fine detail as it may become blotchy and hard to read or fill-in when reversed out of a solid background.
- Low resolution (fuzzy edged) artwork must be avoided as the reproduced print will be no different than the artwork provided. High resolution 250/300 dpi (dots per inch) preferred.
- To maintain density of colour when printing on to dark coloured garments an underprint in white may be needed, therefore requiring an additional screen and print.
- Full colour artwork (CMYK) cannot be printed as process colours on dark coloured garments. Printing a white base first does not work. The artwork must be index coloured and can be as many as eight colours, depending on the image. We will be happy to advise should this be required.
- Please remember most inkjet printers will produce different results, so when requiring full colour artwork please provide a colour visual which is a true representation of your final image.
